The Burrow Outpatient Clinic
Bunnies shouldn’t have to recover in a kennel.
All standard pen spaces start at 5’ x 5’, with opportunity to expand. If your rabbits are free roamers, there are opportunities to free roam (upon request).
We provide daily updates via short video clips and photos. You will also have access to a 24/7 livestream camera.
We can also schedule videochat calls with you so that you can interact with your rabbit/s!
All clinic bunnies will receive complimentary toys and treats from popular small businesses like BunnymadeNYC and Buttercup’s Bunny Boutique. All outpatient guests are eligible for pen upgrades, depending on availability.
At this time, we can only accommodate small mammal guests (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, and chinchillas).
We thank you for your understanding.
Priority is given to veterinary clinic/hospital referrals. Please contact us for a quote.

If you need additional assistance with transport, there is an additional $50 fee per carrier. -

However, you can see your pet/s live 24/7 with wireless cameras you have access to as part of your pet/s’ outpatient clinic reservation. -

Because your pet/s are in recovery, we do not want to provide any additional services that may cause stress. -
We will triage the situation and have access to a rabbit first aid kit. We will immediately contact you about the crisis while simultaneously seeking medical care. If you are unreachable, we will reach out to your emergency contact. If both are unreachable (via call, text, email), we will make the executive decision to transport your pet/s to the first available exotic veterinarian (we will attempt your primary veterinarian). If after-hours, we will transport them to an emergency clinic.
We have access to different veterinarian clinics and hospitals (within 30 miles).
Please note: you will be required to reimburse the Bun Chia Burrow for all medical expenses. -
